At AVID Sportswear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached back into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
